Samson Trail
The Samson Trail was built on Canada’s oldest iron railroad bed and named in honour of the historic Samson locomotive. It has been built along old rail line beds that once ran through the town, today you can run, walk or bike along these trails, on both the East and West Sides of New Glasgow’s scenic riverfront.
