Acadia Park Trail

The park offers a place for visitors to the Town to come and picnic, relax, listen to music or follow the trails and reflect upon nature. There are several access points to the trail

About Acadia Park Trail

Acadia Park was once the site of open pit mining at Westville’s Drummond Mine before it was reclaimed in the late 1990s. Acadia Park has walking trails, a children’s playground large green field and a Miner’s Memorial.

With year round grooming the trail provides a walking service 365 days a year. Acadia Park is fully serviced with washrooms, interpretive signage, benches and picnic areas. The trail is on-leash pet friendly and provides full cell phone service.
