Harbour Light Campground is located on an ocean inlet, in Braeshore, in the Northumberland Shore region of Nova Scotia. There are 108 overnight total wooded and open sites, with electrical (15/30/50-amp), water, and sewage hook-up and 10 unserviced, as well as 92 seasonal sites. Pull-throughs are available. The following guest amenities are also available: flush toilets, showers, washrooms, a disposal station, propane, wood, fire pits, pay phone, free wireless Internet, laundromat facilities, and a group shelter. Recreational facilities include an outdoor pool, play area, and a sandy beach

The campground is only minutes from the port town of Pictou and its historic waterfront where you can enjoy shops, pubs, restaurants, marinas, museums, as well as explore the Hector Heritage Quay and board the full-sized Ship Hector replica. Other area attractions include the Pictou Golf and Country Club, the Northumberland Fisheries Museum, and the deCoste Centre for Performing Arts.
